Hi, I’m Jansen, owner of Balmer Builders.
I started this company because I saw how many remodeling projects become incredibly stressful, not because of bad work, but because of poor planning, unclear expectations, and lack of communication.
I’ve worked both in the field and on the project management side of residential construction, gaining experience on projects ranging from high-end custom homes and major remodels to smaller-scale work. I’ve seen firsthand how those issues lead to budget overruns, rushed decisions, and unnecessary frustration and stress for homeowners.
I’ve always been drawn to the planning and coordination side of construction. Figuring out how all the pieces come together before work ever begins. That’s where the biggest impact is made, and its a part of the process that’s often overlooked.
